What you can do for the creative project is very open-ended. Here are some ideas:

- Study the Rubik's cube
- Study the Game of Hex
- Read "Sylvan's box"
- Read the "The Tao is Silent"
- Study the game Set 
- Meditate on a zen koan
- Study Polyominoes
- Study an impossible object (e.g. Penrose's triangle)
- Read Carroll's "What the Tortoise Said to Achilles"
- Play and study the game Hanabi
- Study Hofstadter's MU-puzzle
- Play and study the game Nim
- Study cellular automata
- Read and analyse an article from Matrin Gardener's Mathmatical Games
- Read and analyse a chapter from Hofstadter's Metamagical Themas 
- etc.


And then:

- Write a report on your investigations
- Make a youtube video relating your investigations 
- Create a painting, a song, a sculpture, etc. related to your investigations 
- Write a children's book related to your investigations 
- Write a script on the themes of your investigations
- Write a computer program related to your investigations
- etc.
